The System
The Domaincracy's Domain Classifier system brain is an AI machine trained on billions of human answers to familiar topics.
The machine identifies the English words present in or resembling the domain name, and it analyzes the occurrences of these words in those answers.
AI then compares the related text categories to a given category set, and it returns the top matches based on the individual confidence score.
Performance
Domaincracy's Domain Classifier runs billions of operations to produce one result. Despite that, it takes an average of only one second to service a request.
While we will expand its resources, there is currently only one server that answers requests sequentially: first come, first served.
The service queue holds up to 100 requests at a time.
If the service goes down, it restarts automatically, and it will be up within 20 seconds.
